Buck Full Moon – July 10th

Buck Full Moon - July 10th 2025

The Full moon on July the 10th is known as the Buck Full Moon.

This name comes from Native American and Colonial American traditions. It refers to the time of the year when male deer (bucks) begin to grow their new antlers.

This is a powerful moon that centres around growth , strength, renewal and transformation  . As male deer grow a new set of antlers - we so to move into a new version of ourselves.

Working with the energy of this full moon is a good way to let go of limiting beliefs and step into your power.

Is there something in your life that you want to let go of so that you can step deeper into your path?.

A simple meditation  is to sit outside (if possible)  in a safe space of your choosing and connect with the moon when the moon  is visible in the sky .

Working with your breathe drop down inside of yourself and connect to the moon asking her to take what no longer serves you.

Take a moment to find this part of you

Connect to this part. It may have a colour, shape or even a texture.

Taking a moment here reach into the part of your body energetically where you hold this part and hold it up to the moon asking her to take it .

And then open your hand- saying I release this part and I want to step into my truth etc ….

Bow and Thank The moon.
